Robert Wexler, from Florida's 19th district ("The Fightin' 19th!"). This episode of The Colbert Report originally aired on July 20, 2006. It was one of the two interviews mentioned during Colbert's July 25th episode, and was covered by both "Good Morning America" and "The Today Show".
